Bouquet Care

I understand that while stunning, fresh flowers won't last forever, with an expected vase-life of 5-7+ days. Flowers From Home Albany provides plant care guides in the product info on the website and in The Flower Stand. I understand that these flowers were harvested fresh, locally and without sprays, in top condition, with all flower varieties having different vase-life lengths, dependent on how they're cared for after purchase. Flowers From Home Albany are not responsible for short vase-life or flower longevity or low quality due to improper flower care once I receive my fresh flowers. 

Flower Quality

I understand that by supporting spray-free flowers, sometimes there may be a little local critter or two on my flowers. Sometimes this may be a ladybird, a tiny spider, or a sneaky caterpillar. While Flowers From Home Albany does their best to remove any little freeloaders off the blooms, using ethical and responsible farming practices does mean that sometimes little creatures may be hiding in the blooms. I understand that if I find bad pest damages to my bouquet, I can contact Flowers From Home Albany for a replacement or refund.
